Pruritic vesicular, papular,exudative, or
lichenified eruption on face, neck, upper truck, wrists, hands and in the folds of knees and elbows. Personal or family history of allergic manifestations (eg,
asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema). Tendency to recur, with remission from age 2 to early youth and beyond.
Symptoms and Signs:
Itching may be extremely sever and prolonged.
